The master bedroom opens onto a private south-facing terrace via patio doors and includes a safe for your valuables. Both bedrooms and the lounge are fitted with air conditioning/heating for year-round comfort.

The property includes two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and overhead shower, and another with a walk-in shower.

While the Capistrano Playa complex has a lift, this apartment’s location makes it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues or wheelchair users.
The complex offers two communal pools—one for adults and a shallow splash pool (40 cm deep) for children. Both pools are surrounded by grassy and shaded areas, with sun loungers available for hire. A poolside snack bar adds to the convenience. The pools (non-heated) are open from early March to late October, from 10h00 to 20h00.
Burriana Beach is just a short walk away, accessible through the complex’s tropical gardens. The beachfront promenade features a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and summer watersports such as kayaking, parasailing, jet skiing, and more. The beach is well-equipped with showers, sunbeds, play areas, and volleyball courts.
The famous Balcón de Europa is approximately a 20-minute walk from the apartment, and a regular local bus service is available just minutes away.
